How you will unify IT, business, strategy, and people

Working as a management consultant in our Digital Transformation team you will become the trusted advisor and partner to our customers at CxO level. You will advise clients on how, what, and why to create business value. Listening, asking questions, reflecting, collaborating, and advising. You will mainly work in the unified cross-section between technology, people and business helping our customers with IT strategy-related tasks and drive digital transformations across the organisation.

You are enthusiastic about the growing opportunities with digital transformations and are driven by changing status quo with digital solutions and insights. You approach tasks and projects with a high degree of reflection. You are comfortable in the advisor role at the highest level of the organisation as well as in leading implementations. You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across all types of stakeholders.

Having a background in management consulting is essential to your success in the role as you will be facilitating different types of workshops, managing projects and implementations, roadmaps, business cases, driving agile proof-of-concepts, writing reports, anchoring changes, write proposals, spotting opportunities, and executing on them etc.

Working as a management consultant within our Digital Transformation team, you will benefit greatly from an extensive experience leading bigger programmes and projects within digital transformations. Your stakeholder management skills are extraordinary, and your customers enjoy working with you and trust you with new assignments. You are used to sell bigger programmes and projects and lead a team of consultants.

Your entrepreneurial mindset makes you a person that enjoys building teams and ways of working in an organisation where not everything is in place.
