How you will unify data, business, strategy and people

Working as a management consultant with data & analytics you will become the trusted advisor and partner to our customers. You will advise clients on how, what and why in order to create business value with data. Listening, asking questions, reflecting, collaborating and advising. You will mainly work in the unified cross-section between technology, people and business helping our customers with data strategy-related tasks, drive digital transformations across domains as well as form and succeed with data implementations and data initiatives.

The unified capabilities and culture

You possess a natural interest in technology and how they affect narratives. You are enthusiastic about the growing opportunities with data & analytics and are driven by changing status quo with insights. You approach tasks and projects with a high degree of reflection. You are comfortable in the advisor role as well as in driving implementations. You area strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across all types of stakeholders – end-users, data engineers, domain experts or CXO’s.

Having a background in management consulting will be beneficial to help you succeed in the role as you will be facilitating different types of workshops, managing projects and implementations, roadmaps, business cases, driving agile proof-of-concepts, writing reports, anchoring changes, write proposals etc.

Working within data & analytics a basic understanding of the most common data architecture setups will be beneficial. Hands-on experience with data transformation, data models and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is a clear advantage. We would be thrilled if you have had an active role in a larger data platform or BI transformation. Knowledge about cloudservices, SQL or Python is a bonus.
